Structural HR support

Who I am
About me
With over 15 years of experience in various HR roles, I've built a solid foundation in designing, implementing and professionalising HR policy, tools and processes. Within large international organisations, SMEs and scale-ups, and across various sectors such as financial services, business services, metal & engineering, healthcare, childcare and primary education, I gained broad knowledge and experience in the HR field. Because of the diverse HR roles I've held, I move easily between strategic, tactical and operational issues.
My background in organisational psychology and vitality science (applied motivation science) gives me a human-centred perspective. I believe effective HR only really works when it supports both the organisation's interests and its employees, within an engaged, transparent and stimulating environment.
As a person, I value authenticity, integrity, fairness and personal development. I like to work in places where people are allowed to be themselves.

Bloeiwerkplaats is based at the Hembrugterrein in Zaandam, an area with a rich history where industrial strength and creative development come together. The monumental factory building where Bloeiwerkplaats is located originally carried the name 'Werkplaats A11'. Today, I share this space with Spreken voor publiek , and the location is dedicated to people's growth and development.
